                        Union Township Zoning Official

Union Township was the first in Fayette County to implement zoning and has had Zoning in effect since 1957 with several revisions over the years. The latest occurring in July 2008.

The philosophy behind our zoning is that it should help residents and businesses and not hamper them.

The Township Trustees, the Zoning Official, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Zoning Commission are all available to help.

Union Township is a great place to live and a great place to have a business.
